Quail Hunts We at Outback Outfitters and La Escalera Ranch have some of, if not THE, best quail hunting in the state. Most of our hunters shoot their limit of wild blue quail before noon and hunt some other species the remainder of the day. During this hunt, we use buggies and jeeps - which means "not having to walk!" Hunting 225,000 acres can get real tiring. Located on the ranch are two spacious lodges capable of handling corporate groups and retreats. |
